Tuesday Night Puppy
8 weeks - $90 - 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Jan. 5 through Feb. 23, 2010
Limit - 12 puppies
Instructor: Ginger Leis
For puppies age 8-16 weeks. Don't wait for problems to develop to start looking for solutions! Practical advice on how to prevent or correct general behavior problems. Excellent for the first-time puppy owner.
*FIRST NIGHT IS WITHOUT PUPPIES*
Equipment: 4-6 foot leash, buckle collar, 15-20 foot long line, and favorite toy or treats.

Tuesday Night Basic
8 weeks - $90 - 7:15pm to 8:15pm
Jan. 5 through Feb. 23, 2010
Limit - 12 dogs
Instructor: Ginger Leis
For dogs at least 6 months old. Class is designed for the owner who wants a well-behaved pet, one who will come when called, sit, stay, etc. when YOU want them.
*FIRST NIGHT IS ORIENTATION FOR OWNERS ONLY - NO DOGS*
Equipment: 4-6 foot leash, proper fitting training collar, treats.

Tuesday Night Advanced Basic
8 weeks - $90 - 8:15pm to 9:15pm

Instructor: Ginger Leis
For dogs who have had a TCDTC Basic class or permission of the instructor. Focus is on continuation of Basic work with emphasis on improving response to commands and reliability. A lot of proofing with distractions to improve performance.

Tuesday Night Beginner's Novice
8 weeks - $90 - 7:15pm to 8:15pm
Jan. 5 through Feb. 23, 2010
Limit - 9 dogs
Instructor: Linda Lemmer
This class will be working on beginner HANDLERS to become a team with their dog to work toward getting ready for the show ring. Must have had basic class or permission of the instructor.

Tuesday Night Novice

This class is for handlers that have taken our Beginner's Novice Class or have permission from the instructor. Continuation and polishing of exercises taught in the Beginner's Novice class. Dogs should already know heel, sit, stand, down, stay, and come on leash. Novice obedience teaches control off leash and perfects what the dogs have already learned. Dogs and handlers will know enough that, with practice, they could enter an AKC obedience trial and earn a Companion Dog (CD) title at the end of this class.

For dogs at least 5 months old at the start of class. This class teaches proper manners and basic obedience, such as coming when called, sitting and lying down on cue, not jumping up or grabbing food, and the like. Strongly emphasizes positive motivational training and developing a good working relationship with your dog, as well as learning HOW to teach your dog whatever you want.
*FIRST NIGHT IS ORIENTATION FOR OWNERS ONLY-NO DOGS*
Equipment: 4 – 6 foot leash, treats, regular buckle collar

to insure a spot this session!
Registration forms will only be accepted until the Friday before the start of classes.
After that time you must contact the person on the form for further instructions.
